Baku Philharmonic Garden

The most beautiful and oldest park in Baku, the Philharmonic Garden (formerly the Governor’s Garden), is located near the eastern Small Fortress wall of the old city of Icheri Sheher, between the Eastern Fortress Gates and Azneft Square. The Philharmonic Garden was founded in 1830.
